RCI intends to help Innisfree build a order management system that is perfectly integrated with its ecosystem for achieving full omni-channel strategy, so to figure out how to have an efficient communication with such a complex organization as Innisfree can be the key point.

The Solution

By implementing the newest version of OMS Pro system which is integrated with Commerce Cloud, RCI offered Innisfree a localized order management solution specifically for US market, developing the new integration with Innisfree ecosystem (including SAP, POS, WMS, Logistic) and providing other key features for order management, such as gift card online / offline transaction.
