The Challenge

LOREAL requires an new order management system pointedly for better service in both Korea and Australia markets. Because of LOREAL’s multi-brands nature, it also urgently needs a solution that can cope with orders from different brands in markets simultaneously and be perfectly integrated with its own complex ecosystem.

The Solution

In 2015, RCI worked with LOREAL of both Korea and Australia markets and helped it successfully build the OMS Pro system which is fully integrated with Demandware and possessing powerful localization feature to assist LOREAL to deal with various localized problems, such as the currency, tax, date, language, etc., highly customizing for LOREAL of both Korea and Australia markets.

The Result

Nowadays, LOREAL of both Korea and Australia markets is the first e-commerce standalone project in APAC to support the brand expansion. By using the OMS Pro system which is highly integrated with Demandware and LOREAL’s own ecosystem ( ERP, CRM, 3PL, POS), LOREAL of both Korea and Australia markets now can manage orders from different brands through one single point of contact way, greatly enhancing the work efficiency.
