The Challenge

PANDORA requires the implementation of OMS Pro with Demandware in for all Hong Kong market, Japanese market, and Singapore market. Also, PANDORA needs a perfect integration with its own ecosystem, including ERP, CRM, BI, to manage multi-market by one single contact.

The Solution

In 2015, RCI offered PANDORA OMS Pro, which is fully integrated with Demandware and offering multi-lingual feature and customized interface, pointedly for all HK market, SG market, and JP market, providing one single point of contact operation and single source of information to help PANDORA manage businesses from different markets at the same time.

The Result

Currently, it is the first e-commerce standalone project in the Asia market for PANDORA to support brand expansion. By using the OMS Pro system which is fully integrated with Demandware and PANDORA’s own ecosystem (ERP, CRM, BI, POS), PANDORA store now is able to seamlessly fulfill various online orders, including pick & pack, ship from store, and seek & send process.
